Our mattresses core are crafted using
•  100% natural substances such as coir and latex in our products
•  Each core is constructed using the ideal combination of coconut fiber and natural latex
•  Research on redusing non-natural materials all the way from cover to the inner core

Company History

Since our foundation in 1972, incorporated with a joint venture between Japanese conglomerate, Ikeda Bussan Co Ltd and local Malaysian interest to supplied processed coconut husk fibers. We have become the leading processor of natural coir fibre in South East Asia and turning natural fibres into quality products is our business.

In 1979, the company has stopped producing fibers for its principal and instead produce and supply high quality rubberized coir seat padding for all automobiles assembled in Malaysia (Mercedes Benz, Nissan, Honda, etc). For Example in 1984-1988 supply car seats for Proton (National car of Malaysia).

With our experience in the field of filling and covering materials for the car, mattress and furniture industry, we read market signals and translate them into new and innovative products of outstanding quality. In 1991, We launch our own international brand name Fibrelux rubberized coir mattresses.

We use only the very best natural ingredients to make our products. Coir fibre from coconut shells and pure natural latex. Nature constantly replenishes these raw materials, which are unsurpassed in resilience, durability and ventilation. So Coco Industry Sdn. Bhd. supplies a complete environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic materials.

All of this is obviously supported by quality management certificates like ISO and strictly follow the standard of Japan Industrial Standard (JIS).
